A limited number of hearing devices will be available for rental at the Registration Table for $5 a day. These fees will be used to purchase additional hearing devices for future programs.

*Cancellations - Cancellations must be received by 8 September 2008. Otherwise a $10 cancellation fee will be charged. Lunch and Dinner reservations are not
refundable after 15 September. Tickets at the door: $50.
